Today, I packed away the last of the loose dog food, left at our house after Lu died last week. He and his mama Terra Milligan stayed with us for the last 2 months of his life. I notice a heaviness and an openness in my heart, a mix of sorrow and gratitude for being part of an incredible dog's life for so many years.

I am inspired to write this because a kind, gorgeous and strong holistic psychotherapist and colleague of mine named Cody Wiggs died in 2021. Cody’s mission is to share the power of psychedelics and nature based healing. I feel compelled to share the last conversation we had together before he passed away because I share his mission too. His sharing has given me the courage to share as well. Thank you Cody!
