Eleanor is a formally trained Marriage and Family Therapist. She received a B.A. in Psychology with a double minor in philosophy and religion from the University of Denver. She went on to study meditation through the lens of nature.

She sits in meditation everyday to get quiet and listen to the Earth so she can share the messages in her teachings. She loves her sisters, her husband and her cat. She believes everything is a gift and is always saying thank you.

Once Eleanor quit her restaurant job in 2018 and went "ALL IN" on building her private practice, she started tracking her numbers and started making 6 figures in less than a year! She is here now to teach you what she is continuously learning as a holistic entrepreneur, and how we all can become guardians of the Earth.
